Clinic FAQs

Our clinics are open to volleyball athletes ages 10 to 18. Players are grouped by age and skill level when possible, so everyone gets the right pace and coaching.

Court shoes, athletic clothing, water, and knee pads (recommended). If your athlete uses ankle support or a brace, bring it.

No. Clinics are designed for both newer players building fundamentals and experienced athletes who want sharper technique and consistency.

Each clinic series runs in a different season, but the goal stays the same, high-rep skill work, clear coaching, and game-like reps. The exact skills and intensity can shift based on the time of year and athlete needs.
